We are pleased to re-introduce the ‘Victorian Bomb’ suet

puddings. Traditionally puddings would have been

made in in a cheese cloth ready for steaming.

Our take on this Victorian tradition comes in four

flavours and without any kidney in sight.

Chicken of Tarragon

Cook in a steamer in the muslin, then remove

carefully. Inside the muslin, cut away the clingfilm

and serve with chips or mash for real winter warmer

comfort food.
