The Buxton Blue

   Buxton Blue - To this pork sausage we add creamy Buxton Blue cheese (similar to Shropshire Blue) but much much nicer...and made locally by Mary at Buxton's nearest independent cheese maker. Add a chives and seasoning and you have a very tasty option with a glass of red wine or even port.
