Welsh Dragon - Inspired by my mother-in-law....hahah, just joking...Based on our popular LeekUnited sausage, we have added chilli for a little fire breathing. Prime pork belly and shoulder with fresh leeks (no dried stuff here), salt, cracked black pepper and sage and chilli....a bit of kick but not too hot.
